What is Claude Cowork, and what is it used for in a business?
Claude Cowork is the agent mode of Anthropic's Claude desktop app: it carries out complete tasks (sorting and renaming files, turning notes into documents, multi-source research, data analysis) inside the folders and tools you authorise. It has been available on all paid plans since April 2026, with admin controls for teams.

How much does Claude Team or ChatGPT Business cost for a team?
Claude Team Standard costs $25 per seat per month billed monthly, or $20 billed annually; a Premium seat costs $125 or $100, for teams of 2 to 150 people. ChatGPT Business requires at least 2 users, and its price varies by region: check the official page. Neither plan trains models on your data by default.

Do I have to tell my customers that I use AI?
In some cases, yes, since August 2, 2026 (EU AI Act, Article 50): a chatbot must say it is an AI, and realistic AI-generated or AI-altered content (deepfakes), as well as AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest, must be disclosed. An email or a sales listing reviewed by a human does not require a systematic label.

My employees use ChatGPT behind my back: what should I do?
Banning rarely works. Give the team a business-grade tool whose data is not used for training by default, a clear policy (forbidden data, mandatory review), then train people on their real files. The main risk is not AI itself, but internal data leaking through personal accounts.
